CREATE team continues to investigate possible climate related risks on food production and trade. An example for the effects is given for apricot production in Turkey! Europe receives 37% of apricot exports from Turkey.

CREATE team investigates possible climate-related risks for apricot production as well. #Climatechange projections indicate decreased precipitation and a 2-6 °C temperature increase in the Tigris–Euphrates where 59% of total production takes place in Turkey.
